Store Manager

Role Overview

This position leads the day-to-day performance of one restaurant location. The store manager is responsible for steering the team, coordinating hiring and staffing, and making sure financial targets are met while customers receive a consistently strong dining experience.

Training and Development

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

The work setting is fast-paced and can be physically demanding. Team members may spend long periods standing, work around heat, steam, food vapors, noise, and tight storage areas, and must handle hot and cold food preparation efficiently and accurately. The job also requires lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching across 36-inch countertops, adapting to changing priorities, communicating clearly, and handling conflict in a busy environment.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $32 to $35 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed, and the company may modify or end its bonus programs at any time.
