Technical Account Manager

Job Summary

Burjline Builders is seeking a seasoned engineering professional to oversee important client accounts and support major infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the main technical liaison for assigned projects, helping maintain strong service standards, productive stakeholder coordination, and smooth day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical working relationships with key stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate engineering tasks and inputs across several departments.
• Examine technical documents, project outputs, and engineering submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Track project results and flag areas where performance can be strengthened.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide consistent engineering guidance.
• Develop management updates, performance reviews, and action-oriented recommendations.
• Coach junior engineers and help spread technical knowledge across the team.
• Support adherence to quality, safety, and company-wide compliance requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Substantial experience in technical account management or delivery of engineering projects is expected.
• Strong capability in leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination is essential.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams is required.
