Role overview
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to help identify and attract exceptional technology talent for fast-growing, venture-backed startups. This position offers exposure to high-profile companies, including frontier AI teams and other leading tech startups, and is suited to someone eager to build a career in recruiting.
What you will do
- Find and connect with strong technical candidates for exciting startup roles.
- Develop and maintain a personal candidate network while helping strengthen the overall talent funnel.
- Build a strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and progress toward handling the full recruitment cycle over time.
- Work from the Manhattan office and collaborate closely with the team in person.

- Preferably someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations.
