Role overview

Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder for its store in Rocky View County, Alberta. This position is for someone who can step into a flexible, customer-focused retail leadership role and help keep the store aligned with daily business needs.

The role centers on supporting an outstanding shopping experience, guiding teammates through coaching and example, and helping the store stay on track to meet sales objectives. What you will do

• Support the store team by observing performance and offering coaching that improves the customer experience.
• Adjust priorities throughout the day based on business requirements and sales targets.
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat environment for customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to achieving store sales goals through teamwork and adaptable execution.
• Represent and reinforce the brand through professional customer interaction and leadership support.
