It is known for offering premium products at accessible prices along with a well-regarded customer experience, and it now sells a broader range of home electronics and appliances.
PRISM+ is seeking dependable TV Delivery Drivers to move products safely and on schedule. The role involves picking up and dropping off goods, following delivery routes and timings, and working with the delivery team to make sure each order is complete, properly packed, safely delivered, and set up at the customer’s location.
Responsibilities
- Collect, transport, and deliver products to customers or businesses safely and within the planned timeframe.
- Check orders before and after each delivery to confirm completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the team with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, including answering questions and managing complaints when needed.
- Follow assigned routes and meet scheduled delivery times.
- Comply with road and transport regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare delivery-related reports and supporting documents.
- Install televisions for customers, including tabletop setup, fixed wall mounting, and swivel wall mounting.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Ability to drive a 10-foot lorry or van.
- Willingness to work a 6-day week from Monday to Saturday.
- TV installation or handyman experience will be considered an advantage.
- Physically capable of walking, driving, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Good time management and customer service abilities.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role in Singapore. The schedule is based on a six-day work week, from Monday to Saturday. The position involves hands-on delivery work, customer setup duties, and regular physical activity.
