About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Support customer projects by producing UX transformation deliverables.
- Build user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to steer the design workflow.
- Design interfaces that are polished, intuitive, and aligned with both client goals and business needs.
- Work side by side with development teams to confirm design practicality and ensure smooth delivery.
- Run usability tests and refine solutions using user observations and feedback.
- Share design ideas, concepts, and recommended approaches with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Hands-on ability with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design methods and principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with confident presentation skills.
- Comfort working independently while handling several projects at once.
- Experience designing for responsive layouts and mobile-first experiences.
- Basic familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
