Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and self-driven Food & Beverage team members who are eager to grow their careers within a hospitality environment.
In this role, you will deliver attentive, professional service and help create a dining experience that guests remember positively.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all required food and beverage service duties in line with the hotel’s service standards.
- Welcome guests, arrange seating, and serve in a polished, discreet, and personalized manner.
- Build strong knowledge of the outlet’s menu so you can guide guests and answer questions confidently.
- Keep a close watch on the quality of food and beverages presented to guests.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and requests with professionalism and satisfactory follow-up.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet and take care of service equipment.
- Prepare the service area before service, remain organized during service, and complete closing tasks afterward, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scene.
- Reduce waste, breakage, and spoilage wherever possible.
- Use effective upselling approaches to improve guest satisfaction and support revenue growth.
Education & Experience
Applicants should ideally hold a diploma or degree in hospitality, or have vocational training in food and beverage service. Prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy restaurant setting is preferred. Strong English communication skills are important, along with guest service ability and good interpersonal skills.
