Warehouse Assistant

Role overview

The Warehouse Assistant position is a part-time role in Dubai, with an on-site work setup and some flexibility to work from home based on operational requirements. The job focuses on supporting smooth warehouse activity, accurate stock handling, and timely coordination with related teams.

Key duties

• Help receive incoming goods, place items into storage, and keep warehouse stock arranged in an orderly way.
• Prepare products and materials for outgoing dispatch.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock-count activities.
• Support packing, tagging, and labeling tasks.
• Keep warehouse spaces clean, safe, and well organized.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to help ensure deliveries happen on time and warehouse work stays efficient.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on ability to pack and handle goods securely for storage or shipment.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and stock tracking, with a strong eye for detail.
• Exposure to forklift use or other warehouse machinery, with consistent adherence to safety rules.
• Good customer-facing and internal communication skills for professional coordination.
• Comfort using basic computer tools, spreadsheets, or warehouse systems to update records.
• Physical capability to lift and move items safely while maintaining workplace safety standards.
• Reliable time management, accountability, and the ability to work both alone and with a team.
• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution will be considered an advantage.

Work environment

This role is based in Dubai and is part-time. The setup is primarily onsite, with occasional work-from-home flexibility depending on business needs.
