Python Development Intern

About the internship

This role is for a Python development intern based in Ahmedabad. The internship focuses on building and improving web scraping and data extraction workflows for software solutions used by enterprises and startups.

What you will work on

• Design and build scraping scripts that can collect information from websites reliably and efficiently.
• Write code to pull specific data from web pages and structured formats such as HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Clean, standardize, and transform extracted data so it matches the required output format and quality standards.
• Develop automated routines that refresh and retrieve data from target sources with minimal manual effort.
• Improve the speed, scalability, and resource usage of scraping processes so they can handle larger data volumes.
• Handle proxy rotation and related techniques to reduce the risk of blocking and keep scraping operations running smoothly.

Who can apply

Applications are open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 26 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, and are available for a 3-month duration. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Computer Science Engineering students are specifically eligible. Stipend

The stipend offered for this internship is INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month.
