What you will do

The role covers the end-to-end modelling workflow, along with experimentation and uplift-related work. You will also partner with engineering, analytics, and product stakeholders to turn data into actionable solutions.

Experience and background

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data science role is required, including exposure to applied modelling, experimentation, or advanced analytics. A tertiary qualification in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering is also expected.

Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL are important, as is experience working with Azure and Databricks. Candidates should be naturally inquisitive, motivated to keep learning, and comfortable growing their technical depth.

Background in financial services is an advantage, although it is not mandatory. The key factors are mindset, capability, and a willingness to develop further.
