Position details

The role is for a Frontend Engineer focused on coding-agent workflows. It is a remote contract position with compensation of $85 per hour.

What you will do

• Work with advanced AI coding agents to complete and assess challenging engineering assignments.
• Examine AI-produced frontend code for accuracy, code quality, long-term maintainability, accessibility, and speed.
• Spot defects, unusual edge cases, and potential failure points in generated output.
• Review and compare outputs from multiple frontier models, noting where each performs well or falls short.
• Use sound engineering judgment to solve realistic frontend development problems.

Required background

• At least 2 years of professional experience in frontend engineering.
• Hands-on experience creating modern web applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
• Regular experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar tools.
• Ability to judge model-generated frontend implementations, application architecture, and performance improvements.

Preferred background

• Prior work on large consumer-facing or enterprise-scale applications is preferred.

Compensation and legal details

The role pays $85 per hour. Compensation is based on work that is accepted. The application process is expected to take about 20 to 30 minutes and includes uploading a resume, completing an AI interview based on the resume, and submitting the form.
