Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Intelligence Analyst who will improve AI-supported workflows and the way operations are structured. The role focuses on studying recurring patterns, identifying slowdowns, and turning operational data into practical decisions that strengthen automated systems and improve overall efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Review operational trends and recommend changes that improve the effectiveness of the wider system.
- Design, maintain, and fine-tune workflows so handoffs stay smooth and output quality remains consistent.
- Set and recalibrate performance benchmarks to balance speed, independence, and accuracy.
- Run the continuous improvement cycle by converting feedback from operational teams into updates for the system design.
- Track performance indicators and examine automated output patterns to improve processes and the balance between human and automated work.
- Gather, organize, and interpret system logs and human feedback to uncover trends, isolate recurring errors, and support ongoing optimization.
Required Background
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
The role calls for 3 to 6 years of professional experience in operations, quality management, analytics, or process improvement in a data-heavy environment, preferably in healthcare, clinical support, healthcare shared services, or a similar setting.
Candidates should bring strong systems thinking, the ability to understand cause-and-effect across interconnected processes, and experience with data-driven decision-making, pattern recognition, and working through incomplete information.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed for client interactions and information gathering. Experience using AI tools will be an added advantage.
