Trainer Coordinator

Role Overview

The Trainer Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening workforce capability by identifying learning needs, organizing training activities, and tracking the effectiveness of development programs. This position combines training coordination, reporting, and data analysis to support better performance outcomes and measurable return on training investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to review performance information and pinpoint skill or knowledge gaps that can be addressed through training.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs by using surveys, tests, and performance indicators to understand their influence on employee results and ROI.
• Administer the Learning Management System, monitor course completion and assessment outcomes, and prepare management reports.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training events, including timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Support the creation, revision, and upkeep of learning aids and training materials.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight training patterns, compliance status, and business impact for key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in training coordination, human resources, or a data analyst function.
• Strong Excel capability is essential, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization, along with experience preparing LMS-based reports.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Prior exposure to learning management systems and data visualization platforms is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are needed for reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Additional Information

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site role.
