About the Role

As an Associate Experience Designer focused on UX/UI, you will contribute to the design-thinking process and help shape mobile, tablet, and web products. This role connects design, business, and technology to deliver polished digital experiences for major brands and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with design leaders to develop engaging interactive experiences.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into information architecture, user goals, journey maps, wireframes, and visual design concepts.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate, pixel-level implementation across deliverables.
• Collaborate with strategy consultants to better understand client goals, business context, and project direction.
• Build familiarity with the full project delivery workflow and the design tools used throughout the process.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of design fundamentals, supported by a solid portfolio of digital work.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in typography and visual hierarchy.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain design ideas and the reasoning behind them.
• Comfort using Figma and enthusiasm for learning additional tools.
• A positive, growth-minded attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Compensation

The estimated annual pay for this role is between $70,000 and $78,000 CAD. The final offer may differ depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, abilities, and market alignment.
