Role Summary
This position is for a hands-on programming leader who will guide and support a team delivering features across multiple areas of game development for a new project. The role combines people leadership with technical contribution, with a strong emphasis on keeping the project moving, prioritising work effectively, and helping the programming team grow within a stable and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with production and development partners to set priorities, support delivery, and make sure the technical and design needs of the project are met. The role calls for empathy, sound judgement, and confident decision-making.

What You Should Bring
- Proven experience managing and developing a team on a daily basis.
- Strong awareness of several game development disciplines and the ability to work across them, such as gameplay, engine, online, animation, tools, or physics.
- Practical experience writing C++ for console games.
- Experience working within a large game codebase, including modules, middleware, and related pipelines.
- Understanding of the project planning lifecycle.
