What You Will Do
- Promote the firm’s services by actively engaging potential clients and intermediary partners.
- Research prospects and prepare thoroughly for meetings with introducers, partners, and leads.
- Advise clients on residency and citizenship planning in line with their goals.
- Screen prospects and carry out initial due diligence to evaluate fit and reduce operational risk.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to create a smooth and high-quality client journey.
- Convert a strong share of sales leads into active Henley & Partners clients.
- Deliver on annual sales goals for the jurisdictions assigned to you.
- Grow the contact database to uncover new business opportunities.
- Keep your knowledge of programs and industry developments current for informed client discussions.
- Document prospect and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Represent the brand positively at conferences and other industry events.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of client-facing sales experience in areas such as investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or recruitment.
- Prior exposure to high-net-worth individuals is a strong advantage.
- Multilingual ability and experience with a specific territory are beneficial.
- Strong English business communication skills are mandatory.
- A collaborative style with the ability to build trust and influence others.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, tact, and diplomacy skills.
- Strong research and analytical ability, plus confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to collect information and produce accurate client assessments for tailored recommendations.
