Product Manager

Role overview

This Singapore-based full-time role sits at the intersection of operations, security governance, and product coordination. You will support a Senior Product Manager while also owning critical operational processes across several systems, with a strong emphasis on discipline, accountability, and timely follow-through.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the full security patching and vulnerability workflow across three systems, including tracking expiry dates, coordinating with vendors, and making sure the weekly OSVA and host configuration reviews stay on schedule.
• Handle production support activities by reviewing incoming tickets, driving issues to closure, maintaining proper records, and escalating major incidents when needed.
• Run the compliance review schedule from end to end, including monthly tenant checks, SHIP/HATS user reviews, application privilege account reviews, and annual reviews for risk registers, scripts, and role access.
• Work with security and technical vendors to manage discussions, negotiate timelines, assess CVs for proposed resources, and keep all commitments visible and tracked through completion.
• Oversee contract and resource tracking under the MCAM and Consolidated SSL agreements, including certificate renewals, usage tracking, and inventory control.
• Assist the Senior Product Manager with product-related work such as backlog grooming, roadmap milestone tracking, UAT coordination, release note preparation, and stakeholder communications.
• Keep operations structured and consistent across a complex multi-system environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, identify risks early, and proactively update the Senior Product Manager without needing repeated follow-up.
• Plan and facilitate monthly meetings, ensure actions are completed, and hold vendors to their agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Convert insights from support cases and stakeholder conversations into practical backlog inputs and help the team stay aligned to delivery milestones.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate is a proactive and well-organised IT professional who takes ownership seriously and communicates issues clearly and quickly.

We are looking for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a closely related area. This range is intended as a guideline rather than a strict rule.

You should have practical exposure to security compliance and governance, including patch management, access reviews, and audit support in an enterprise setting.

Experience juggling several workstreams at once without letting details slip is important.

Direct experience dealing with application and infrastructure vendors on technical or security issues is expected, along with the ability to ensure vendors remain accountable.

You should be comfortable communicating clearly in both written and spoken form, and able to judge when to escalate an issue versus when to solve it yourself.

Familiarity with enterprise middleware environments, cloud platforms such as GCC, and IT audit processes will be a strong advantage.

Exposure to product practices such as backlog management, roadmap tracking, and UAT coordination will be beneficial.

Experience with government IT environments or public-sector compliance requirements is considered a plus.
