- Support delivery in a high-trust, continuous-delivery environment while keeping a healthy pace and strong stakeholder communication through demos, retrospectives, and blameless incident reviews.
- Remain technically involved by setting an example, contributing code when needed, reviewing code, fixing bugs, and documenting systems and processes.
- Review the health and effectiveness of infrastructure architecture and stay aware of industry developments that could improve the platform.
What we're looking for
- Strong technical background from a Senior or Staff Software Development role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technically and deliver solutions to complex problems.
- Experience designing solutions and managing delivery end to end.
- Hands-on experience with major systems in one or more programming languages.
- Previous work on SaaS products is preferred.
- Ability to handle organisational change and help roll out new processes.
