Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Developer position in Dubai. The selected professional will be responsible for configuring, building, and supporting Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and related platforms to streamline business setup workflows, client handling, and internal processes.

What You Will Do

You will work with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into system requirements, and design practical Zoho-based solutions. The role includes workflow design, module customization, automation setup, integrations with external tools, scripting, reporting, and ongoing platform maintenance.

You will also handle issue resolution, test new features before deployment, maintain technical documentation, and help colleagues use Zoho tools effectively through guidance and training.

Qualifications and Technical Profile

The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Books, and Campaigns, with the ability to tailor modules, workflows, and automation rules to business needs.

In addition, the role calls for solid scripting and integration capability such as Deluge, REST APIs, webhooks, third-party connections, and a basic understanding of SQL or database concepts. You should also be comfortable with business process analysis, requirement gathering, workflow mapping, testing, UAT, debugging, documentation, and end-user support.

A strong grasp of CRM best practices, data handling, dashboards, and analytical reporting is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

This position is based in Dubai and requires on-site presence. The role is offered on a full-time basis.
