Impact You Will Have

In this consulting role, you will work alongside senior client leaders and internal teams in entrepreneurial settings, helping shape major programs and initiatives. The work involves supporting clients as they improve industries, adapt business models, and build lasting competitive advantage.

You will contribute to engagements across a wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, banking and finance, public sector and government-related work, as well as other areas across the economy in Australia and New Zealand. Role Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders and internal colleagues on strategic, high-impact engagements.
• Support the development of large-scale programs that can influence industries and national outcomes.
• Contribute ideas, analysis, and practical solutions in fast-moving client environments.
• Work across strategy, business development, operations, and functional problem-solving as needed by the engagement.
• Apply structured thinking to complex challenges and help teams move from ambiguity to action.
• Learn continuously through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and formal training.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record, or a postgraduate qualification such as a master’s, MBA, or PhD.
• At least 5 years of business management experience in a respected organization or institution.
• A track record of strong performance and meaningful achievement in a relevant role.
• Knowledge of one or more major industries such as oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, public sector, government agencies, law, engineering, medicine and health, or banking and finance.
• Working understanding of key business functions such as strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing, and sales.
• Strong analytical ability and skill in solving complex problems.
• Clear logical reasoning and creative thinking.
• Comfort with numbers and quantitative analysis.
• Initiative, self-drive, and willingness to take considered risks and open up opportunities for others.

This position is based in Australia or New Zealand and may involve work from offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, or Auckland. The role is designed for someone who thrives in a demanding consulting environment and values both personal growth and broad professional exposure.
