Role overview

Fracto Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst to support decision-making through accurate data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization. The role is based in the United States and is a full-time, on-site position.

Core responsibilities

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, check, and validate it for reliability.
• Review datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Partner with business, product, and technical stakeholders to clarify reporting and analysis needs.
• Track key performance indicators and deliver recurring performance summaries.
• Handle one-off analysis requests that help teams make informed decisions.
• Maintain strong data quality, consistency, and documentation standards.
• Translate findings into clear, practical recommendations for stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• A master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel ability, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Hands-on experience with at least one business intelligence platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Basic understanding of data models and databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.

Preferred background

• Exposure to Python or R for analytical work is an advantage.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or other product analytics tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL workflows and data pipelines is a plus.
• Previous experience in IT services, product organizations, or analytics consulting is desirable.
