Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the HRIS platform, including system setup, data accuracy, and issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that help guide HR decisions.
  • Act as a key contact for HR data processing and employee transactions, helping HR team members submit information accurately and on time.
  • Check HR documents for completeness and prepare them for processing according to company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Prior experience in an HRIS Administrator role or a comparable position, with hands-on exposure to UKG products such as Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro, or related solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Ability to work with reporting tools, data analytics, and HR metrics.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with SQL or another query language.
