About the Role
This position involves working as a key member of the Infosys delivery team to engage with clients, ensuring quality assurance, addressing issues, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction levels. The role demands a thorough understanding of client requirements, design creation and review, architecture validation, and delivering exceptional service within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary interface with clients to facilitate quality assurance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Analyze and interpret client requirements to design solutions and validate architectural frameworks.
- Participate actively in project estimation, contribute inputs for delivery solutions, and plan technical risk mitigation.
- Review code and unit test plans to maintain software quality.
- Lead and mentor development teams to produce optimized, high-quality code and promote knowledge sharing in alignment with organizational standards and procedures.
- Play a significant role in crafting efficient programs and systems to support clients' digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Java technologies, especially Spring Boot and Microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with more than one technology domain.
- Foundational understanding of software architecture and design concepts.
- Knowledge of testing tools and agile software development methodologies.
- Insight into project lifecycle activities related to both development and maintenance.
- Exposure to various estimation approaches and quality assurance processes.
- Basic business domain knowledge to accurately translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities, technical aptitude, and effective communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of software quality assurance, SOLID design principles, and modeling techniques.
- A keen awareness of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging proficiency.
