• Experimental Analysis of Bio-Ash Based Electrospun Fibres Derived from Cattle Manures
  PMMA, FTIR, XRD, SEM-EDX

  Fabricated PMMA-based electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds reinforced with Cow Dung Ash and Buffalo Dung Ash as eco-friendly bio-fillers for bone tissue engineering applications. Characterized composite scaffolds to evaluate chemical stability, structural ordering, and surface morphology, identifying CDA-reinforced PMMA as the superior composite.

• Agricultural Sprayer with Multiple Nozzle
  Fusion 360

  Designed and fabricated a pedal-powered, chain-sprocket driven multi-nozzle sprayer achieving 0.8 L/min flow rate, 1.2 m spray width, and 37% faster operation than conventional sprayers.

• Cow Manure Compost Spreading Machine

  Developed a PTO-driven bevel and spur gear-based disc spreader attachment for Indian tractor trailers, automating compost distribution and eliminating manual labour via a dual-mode sliding mechanism.
