Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee lubricant blending production to ensure every batch is prepared accurately and in line with required quality standards.
  • Create, improve, and standardize blending workflows so operations run efficiently and production costs are kept under control.
  • Track raw material consumption, blend proportions, and equipment settings/calibration to maintain stable product quality and performance.
  • Partner with quality assurance teams to test, confirm, and approve blended products against specifications.
  • Make sure all blending activities follow safety rules and environmental requirements.
  • Diagnose blending issues, apply corrective measures, and help reduce downtime while improving process reliability.
  • Keep comprehensive production documentation, such as batch records and performance summaries, for review by management.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and inventory functions to forecast raw material needs and maintain sufficient stock.
  • Guide, coach, and train blending operators and other team members on technical and operational matters.
  • Drive ongoing improvement efforts aimed at better blending performance, stronger product quality, and process innovation.
