Role Overview
Synechron is hiring an experienced Python Developer for an immediate opening in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on Agentic AI and backend engineering within the telecom domain.

Core Responsibilities
- Design and build Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI workflows.
- Create AI agents and multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph or similar tools.
- Work with LLM-based systems, including prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, memory handling, and agent execution flows.
- Use vector databases for semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval scenarios.
- Develop backend services in Python and associated frameworks.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled backend platforms.
- Apply AI integration patterns, model orchestration methods, and enterprise-scale solution design practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive hands-on Python development experience.
- Practical experience with Agentic AI and autonomous workflow design.
- Strong knowledge of LangGraph or comparable multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of large language models and related implementation patterns.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, memory management, and agent workflows.
- Working knowledge of vector databases and semantic retrieval.
- Backend engineering experience with scalable APIs and microservices.
- Exposure to DataRobot or OpenShift.
- Telecom domain experience is an advantage.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with DataRobot experience, telecom industry exposure, and Arabic language skills will be prioritized.
