Construction Management Technology Specialist

About the Role

Mace is looking for a Construction Management Technology Specialist to help implement and improve digital platforms on major programmes. The position sits within a landmark new airport development in Saudi Arabia, a project designed to establish a global standard for aviation and support traffic of 120 million passengers by 2030.

In this role, you will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to make sure construction technology solutions are practical, integrated and able to create strong value across the programme. Experience with Procore or a comparable platform is essential, along with a good grasp of how different enterprise systems connect and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of functional specifications, system setup and implementation support for Procore or similar construction management tools on large programmes.
• Serve as a technical and functional expert for construction technology used in delivery, controls, document handling and field-based operations.
• Gather business needs and turn operational requirements into clear system specifications.
• Assist with integration planning and coordination between Procore and enterprise tools such as Oracle, Primavera P6, Microsoft platforms and related systems.
• Support user acceptance testing, resolve defects and prepare the solution for launch.
• Encourage adoption through training, change support and user engagement activities.
• Work with delivery teams, consultants, contractors and client representatives to keep solutions aligned with programme goals.
• Track platform performance, collect user feedback and identify improvements for ongoing optimisation.
• Help maintain governance, reporting discipline and data quality across integrated project systems.
• Offer guidance on new construction technology trends and current industry best practices.
• Contribute to the organisation’s net zero carbon efforts by helping identify, manage and reduce carbon emissions throughout delivery.

Requirements

• A relevant degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience implementing Procore or a similar platform on major construction or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle processes and digital delivery in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems such as Oracle, Primavera P6 and SharePoint.
• Ability to lead business change, engage stakeholders and drive user adoption.
• Must meet the visa requirements for Saudi Arabia and have relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes within a project management consultancy, as this is needed for immigration and client approval.
