Role Overview

Kind Crew India is looking for a junior-level Data Analyst who can turn raw information into practical insights that help guide business decisions and support growth. This is a full-time, on-site position in Australia for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and contributing to problem-solving across the business.

What You’ll Do

Gather data from different sources, then clean, organize, and analyze it.
Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that make insights easy to understand.
Look for trends, patterns, and opportunities that can improve business performance.
Check data for accuracy and consistency using validation and quality-control steps.
Draft analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Work with teams across the organization to understand business needs and data requirements.
Contribute to reporting, business intelligence, and ongoing improvement projects.
Keep clear documentation of data sources, methods, and reporting workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical ability and sound critical-thinking skills.
