Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, it has built leadership positions in logistics and energy by focusing on large-scale infrastructure development and O&M practices aligned with global benchmarks. The group also includes four IG-rated businesses, making it the only infrastructure investment grade issuer in India.

Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) is a key player in India’s energy landscape, focused on natural gas distribution. It is a joint venture between Adani Group and TotalEnergies.

ATGL develops city gas distribution networks and supplies piped natural gas to domestic, commercial, and industrial customers, along with compressed natural gas for the transport segment. Its networks span locations such as Ahmedabad and Vadodara in Gujarat, Faridabad in Haryana, and Khurja in Uttar Pradesh. Through a consortium with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, the company is also extending services to Allahabad, Chandigarh, Ernakulam, Panipat, Daman, Dharwad, and Udham Singh Nagar.

In addition to gas distribution, ATGL has expanded into renewable energy through Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to biogas development in India. With this broad energy portfolio, the company supports improved energy access and infrastructure growth across the country.
