About the Role
Currie & Brown is an international consultancy focused on physical asset management and construction advisory work. The firm operates across multiple sectors, serving clients around the world through a broad global network, a strong reputation, and an emphasis on innovation and expertise.
In this Assistant Project Manager position, you will support project managers, project programmes, and project teams, while helping establish project procedures and ensuring delivery to the expected standards of quality, timeline, and budget for both the company and its clients. Experience in education, social housing, or commercial property would be helpful, though it is not mandatory.

Commercial, Job Management and Financial Responsibilities

- Keep project cash flow records and order books accurate and current.
- Track consultant fees and handle payment checks and approvals.
- Prepare monthly progress claims where required and support cash collection.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field such as M&E/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management, along with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Strong computer skills are important, especially in MS Word, Excel, and MS Project. You should also have a solid grasp of construction methods, trades, and building elements.
A successful applicant will bring a positive, can-do mindset, a genuine interest in project management, awareness of current industry trends, and a willingness to keep learning. Strong communication and influencing abilities are essential, along with confidence, energy, and an ambitious self-starter attitude.
