  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and communication tools such as Teams.

  • Experience collaborating across functions and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Confidence presenting ideas formally and informally to different audiences.

  • Professional communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and formats.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple projects.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to keep learning.
  • Fully remote team experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of standard business operations and workflows, or the ability to learn them quickly.

Compensation

The base pay for this role is $50,000 to $80,000 per year. This does not include potential commissions or quarterly upside opportunities. The position is not eligible for the company’s corporate bonus plan. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, level, and the requirements of the role.

Pay range and benefit details are current for 90 days from the posting date and may change after periodic review at the company’s discretion. The company does not use geography to set pay, as it hires across the United States as a distributed-first team.
