CAFM Operator

Role overview

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is hiring a CAFM Operator to join its headquarters team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining accurate asset and maintenance data within CAFM/CMMS systems and supporting day-to-day maintenance tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Enter asset information into CAFM/CMMS systems correctly so records and reports remain accurate, whether handled manually or through software, and in line with company procedures.
• Keep asset data up to date, properly stored, and consistently maintained.
• Load asset details and scheduled maintenance information into the database.
• Create Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders according to the approved maintenance schedule.
• Raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical teams when required.
• Review manual and computerized records as instructed to check for accuracy, readability, and any damage or issues.
• Produce automated status reports covering PPM and RM work completed.
• Prepare periodic client reports accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Organize, categorize, file, and retrieve documents based on their content, purpose, user needs, or sequence, following the company filing process.
• Record materials movement through the computer system.
• Handle communication with customers, employees, and other stakeholders through the help desk, including sharing updates on work order status.
• Complete work schedules and coordinate with the relevant staff to ensure finished tasks are closed in the system.

Experience and education

The role requires at least 2 years of experience. Candidates should have a minimum of XII standard education or above. The employer also expects applicants to be able to speak the local language and read and write in English.
