About the role
T&G Global is seeking a Communications Specialist to help shape how one of New Zealand’s best-known food businesses is perceived, understood, and connected internally and externally. This position goes beyond routine channel updates; it focuses on uncovering meaningful stories, turning complexity into clear messaging, and building trusted relationships across the business and beyond.
You will work closely with senior leaders and contribute to communication and engagement with employees, growers, media, and other stakeholders. The role offers the chance to support reputation management, strengthen culture, and communicate the company’s purpose of Growing Healthier Futures.

What you'll do
- Support communication initiatives that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation.
- Create engaging content that translates complex information into clear, accessible messaging.
- Assist with media interactions and develop messaging and supporting materials.
- Contribute to communications for senior leaders and internal audiences.
- Help manage the production of the Annual Report.
- Develop digital content and other creative communications assets.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
- Gather insights and identify compelling stories that support business objectives.
