Data Analyst

Overview

A well-known UK consumer brand is hiring multiple Data Analysts to support teams across Customer, Commercial, Insight, and Supply Chain. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of customer and operational data and turning it into practical insight that supports business decisions.

The organisation is putting significant investment into data, analytics, and customer experience, and is looking for people who can help strengthen a more insight-led way of working across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, opportunities, and useful business insight.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that help teams make informed decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders in commercial, customer, marketing, supply chain, and operations functions.
• Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations in a way that is clear for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to building a stronger data-driven culture across the organisation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Solid SQL expertise.
• Hands-on experience using Python for analysis, automation, or modelling.
• Background working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Industry Background

The employer is especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in customer-focused, high-volume environments such as retail, grocery, e-commerce, airlines, utilities, telecommunications, or financial services.

• Annual salary of up to £50,000–£55,000.
