Team Overview
The team turns customer loyalty data into practical insights that support enterprise value. The role involves building real-time dashboards for internal and external stakeholders and requires comfort working with customer data, marketing methods, and advanced statistical and mathematical techniques. This is a client-facing position with hands-on responsibility in helping influence clients’ loyalty strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Strategy and Client Services teams to deliver data-backed customer insights that support client goals and help improve sales and profitability through loyalty programs.
- Create and maintain audience lists that enable the CRM team to run targeted campaigns and meet engagement targets.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate clear recommendations aligned with client strategy, success measures, and program objectives.
- Develop visualizations and narratives that make analytical findings understandable to both internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design tools, models, and data sources that support business needs and address client challenges.
- Build learning agendas and test plans that strengthen attribution and improve key metrics such as incremental ROI and lifetime value.
- Handle client request prioritization, scope management, and workflow planning, including Kobie’s internal investment priorities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM.
- Strong data storytelling ability with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfort using data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Proven use of customer segmentation methods such as RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling for targeted marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Python and SQL experience is preferred.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or an MBA is preferred.
- Working knowledge of marketing and loyalty fundamentals is preferred.
