About the Role

Central Mississippi Pizza, a locally owned and operated Domino’s franchise in Florence, MS, is hiring delivery drivers to help keep service running safely and efficiently. Pay and Earning Potential

Drivers can earn up to $15–$20 per hour when tips, mileage reimbursement, and wages are combined. Tips are paid daily, and the role is a variable hourly position with cash paid after each shift.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Domino’s orders to customers using your own vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
• Represent the brand professionally in the community and in-store.
• Provide friendly, dependable customer service.
• Help maintain product quality and support smooth store operations.
• Work in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively and handling multiple tasks.
• Use store equipment as needed, including learning oven-related duties.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
