Role Overview
This position is for a Demand Planner in Singapore, responsible for supporting key planning and inventory activities across regions and sales channels. The role focuses on strengthening forecast quality, improving stock availability, and helping protect profitability through effective inventory and markdown decisions.
Core Accountabilities
- Run important financial and operational planning activities, including MFP, OTB, and inventory control across multiple regions and channels such as DTC and Wholesale.
- Work to improve sell-through performance while reducing stockout risk.
- Oversee inventory planning and management to support the business in maintaining healthy stock levels.
- Coordinate and execute markdown and discount actions to help maximize profitability.
- Track forecast performance and support efforts to improve accuracy.
- Analyze data and prepare reports that inform planning decisions.
- Partner with global teams to implement strategies and share local market challenges, insights, and recommendations.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with equivalent relevant experience in a closely related industry may also be considered, depending on the role and hiring manager’s judgment. Three to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
