Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant position in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The selected candidate will support executives with a wide range of administrative duties, including calendar management, report preparation, meeting coordination, and handling everyday operational tasks. The role also involves following up on permits, acting as a liaison between team members and company contacts, and ensuring communication is handled smoothly and professionally. Confidentiality, organization, and the ability to manage several priorities at once are essential to success in this role.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership.
- Organize calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare reports and other business documents as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring details are handled efficiently.
- Track permit-related follow-ups and maintain progress on related tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, team members, and external business contacts.
- Manage competing priorities while keeping work accurate and professional.
- Maintain discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proactively assist the leadership team with tasks that support business operations and goals.
