Role overview
ATOME is hiring a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across day-to-day operations, administration, communications, and strategic initiatives. The position calls for someone who can stay on top of complex calendars, arrange meetings and travel, help run office activities, support recruitment and HR administration, prepare business materials, and contribute to investor, legal, and marketing work.
This is a varied, fast-moving position that demands excellent organisation, strong writing skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver senior-level administrative support to leadership
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, lodging, and meeting arrangements across several time zones
- Assist with hiring workflows, onboarding, employment agreements, and personnel records
- Support office activity for the Leeds and London sites
- Prepare documents, slide decks, policies, agendas, and reports for business use
- Help manage company communications, social media, website content, and brand-related updates
- Support legal and compliance paperwork such as NDAs, contracts, insider lists, and due diligence materials
- Plan events, conferences, and stakeholder-facing activities
- Carry out market and sector research to inform strategic projects
- Work with investors, business partners, suppliers, and outside agencies
Requirements
- A-Level qualifications or equivalent practical experience
- Background in an Executive Assistant role or similar senior administrative position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Ability to use AI tools effectively
- Excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Confident written and spoken communication
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential matters professionally
- Comfort working across multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced setting
Work arrangement
This role is based onsite four days each week, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
Salary
The offered pay range is £55,000 to £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
