Role overview

A prestigious interior design studio in Dubai is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner closely with the Founder and the senior leadership group. The studio operates in the premium private residential and luxury interiors space, creating bespoke homes and tailored interiors for clients in Dubai and overseas. This position is a key support role and sits at the heart of a busy, fast-moving design environment.

Compensation

The monthly pay for this role is AED 11,000.

What the job involves

• Oversee the Founder’s calendar, appointments, priorities, and daily schedule.
• Serve as the main contact for internal colleagues, clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Handle email management, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when needed.
• Coordinate overseas travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visa arrangements.
• Assist with project administration, reporting, and internal coordination tasks.
• Help maintain studio organisation and ensure actions are tracked through to completion.
• Provide office administration support whenever needed.
• Offer personal support for appointments, travel, and other arrangements when required.

Profile sought

The studio is looking for a candidate who is polished, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at speed. You should be confident dealing with senior stakeholders, handle sensitive information with discretion, and keep tasks moving with minimal supervision. Prior experience in a design studio, architecture firm, luxury brand, real estate company, or another high-end environment would be strongly valued. Experience in office management will also be an advantage, as the role supports both the Founder and the wider studio operation.
