Qitea is a Saudi startup in the technology space that is creating a digital multi-vendor marketplace. The platform brings together auto repair workshops, spare parts vendors, and delivery partners in one connected ecosystem. It includes separate applications for customers, vendors, delivery users, and administrators.

The company is hiring a capable Full Stack Developer to support the growth, stability, and expansion of the product.

Responsibilities

• Build and support backend services in Laravel, along with REST APIs.
• Create and maintain mobile apps using Flutter.
• Connect the platform with third-party tools, payment gateways, and external APIs.
• Set up and manage Firebase features, including push notifications.
• Investigate bugs, fix issues, and improve application speed and reliability.
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to ship new functionality.
• Use GitHub-based workflows, participate in code reviews, and follow strong development standards.
• Produce code that is clean, easy to maintain, and properly documented.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
• At least 2 years of Flutter development experience.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Experience working with databases.
• Background in deploying and maintaining production-ready applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on marketplace or e-commerce products.
• Exposure to payment gateway integrations.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools in real projects.
• Experience with Google Maps APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
