Role Overview

The Global Learning and Development team supports Marvell by building the capabilities of employees, leaders, and teams. The APAC Global Learning and Development Program Manager is responsible for creating and delivering learning and organizational development strategies that strengthen performance, leadership capability, culture, and change readiness across the region.

This role works closely with regional leaders, HR Business Partners, and global Centers of Excellence to design practical and high-impact solutions. The position calls for strong strategic judgment, strong execution, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a diverse global setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders by assessing learning and organizational development needs, identifying gaps, and shaping solutions aligned to business priorities.
  • Plan, design, develop, and deliver learning and organizational development programs for APAC, including the use of AI and emerging tools to address regional requirements creatively and effectively.
  • Work with global colleagues to identify shared needs and contribute to the design of enterprise-wide offerings.
  • Lead impactful learning sessions, team development workshops, and leadership assessment, feedback, and coaching activities in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Use effective facilitation methods such as active listening, questioning, feedback, coaching, role modeling, and group activity techniques.
  • Create or curate learning content by developing material directly or selecting suitable external resources.
  • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives that support high-performing teams, stronger leaders, healthier organizations, and culture-building efforts.
  • Establish ways to measure program effectiveness, gather data, and monitor progress over time.
  • Use research, reporting, and analytics to inform coaching discussions with business leaders.
  • Apply project management practices to deliver priority work while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Contribute to change management and performance management efforts by assessing team and organizational dynamics and recommending actions.
  • Partner with COEs and HR Business Partners on global projects and programs.
  • Solve issues independently within the scope of assigned work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client groups and regional/local leaders to surface current and emerging needs.
  • Support budgeting activities and manage resources in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master’s degree is preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in training, learning, or performance consulting, with a demonstrated ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire varied stakeholder groups.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to convert business goals and insights into learning and organizational development solutions.
  • Strong foundation in instructional practice, systems thinking, and/or strategic planning.
  • Experience using AI tools and newer technologies for solution design, development, and analysis is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required to support learning delivery across Greater China.
