Graphic Design Intern

About the internship

This remote graphic design internship is with Highway Delite, a travel app built for Indian highway users. The company focuses on making road trips safer and more enjoyable, and its platform is backed by the Government of Karnataka as a tourism startup and incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore.

Role overview

You will support the design team in creating visuals across marketing, product, and internal communication needs. The work combines brand-focused creative design, basic product assets, and B2B collateral.

What you'll do

• Design attention-grabbing social media creatives, posters, and digital advertisements that help strengthen the brand across new business initiatives.
• Work with the Lead Designer on app and website visuals such as icons, design assets, and low-fidelity wireframes.
• Prepare polished pitch decks, merchant onboarding brochures, and marketing materials for Raksha QR aimed at business partners.
• Revise and improve visuals based on design feedback while staying aligned with the brand’s traveler-first tone.
• Create reusable templates for HR communication and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 28 Jun 2026 and 2 Aug 2026, and can commit to a 6-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in design. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, along with Figma.
• A portfolio that shows a clean visual style and a strong grasp of typography.
• Ability to turn dense data into clear, easy-to-follow infographics.
• Good communication skills to explain the thinking behind creative choices.
• Preferably a graduate or current college student from Visual Arts, Design, or a related creative discipline.

Compensation and perks

The stipend is INR 15,000 per month. The internship includes a certificate.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will go through three interview rounds with the HR team, Tech team, and Founder. A technical evaluation will be part of the process, and selected candidates will also need to complete a short assignment to demonstrate their design approach. The overall assessment is intended to evaluate creativity, fit, and alignment with the team.
