About the Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is seeking an HR Assistant to help with onboarding, employee file management, scheduling, and routine human resources administration.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday HR operations, internal records, and coordination across teams.
- Keep documentation accurate and maintain well-organized internal files.
- Share updates, respond to questions, and communicate progress clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive company, customer, employee, and financial information with discretion where needed.
