Role Overview

An Abu Dhabi-based real estate firm is looking for a Listing Agent to help expand and manage its property portfolio. The role focuses on bringing in new property listings, maintaining accurate listing information, and supporting property exposure through effective coordination with internal teams and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new property listings for the company portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Carry out market analysis and evaluate properties to support listing decisions.
• Manage property paperwork and coordinate approval for listings.
• Keep property information current, accurate, and visible across relevant platforms.
• Partner with the sales team to improve the reach and visibility of listed properties.

Candidate Profile

• Prior real estate experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are required.
• Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market is important.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and focused on targets.
• English and Arabic fluency is mandatory.
• A valid UAE driving licence is considered an added advantage.
