Role Overview
Allnorth is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to help manage procurement, fleet, equipment, and logistics functions across the organization. Reporting to the Commercial Project Manager, this position helps ensure that teams have the vehicles, tools, and resources required to deliver projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing tasks and create purchase orders for equipment, materials, and services.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the vehicle and equipment fleet, including scheduling maintenance and keeping track of status.
- Move and coordinate equipment and inventory between offices and project sites as needed.
- Request supplier pricing and help maintain vendor relationships.
- Assist with inventory control and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Help administer equipment and facility leases.
- Maintain purchasing, fleet, and inventory data in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational and procurement needs are fulfilled.
- Look for ways to improve logistics and purchasing workflows.
What the Company Is Looking For
The preferred candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, purchasing, inventory coordination, fleet coordination, or a similar role is expected. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. The role also requires the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment. Experience in engineering, consulting, construction, or industrial settings is considered beneficial. Occasional travel of about 10% may be required.

Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is open to candidates who can meet the job requirements and are available to work onsite in Calgary, Alberta.
