Operations Associate (Marken)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clinical trial and commercial medicines, along with related supplies, according to established procedures.
• Prepare shipping paperwork once study requests are received.
• Build inventory pick lists in the warehouse inventory management system.
• Physically retrieve drug supplies, including lab kits, from warehouse storage.
• Check shipment items picked by other team members before dispatch.
• Compile export documents for outgoing shipments.
• Handle acknowledgment receipts after shipments are completed.
• Carry out JIT and batch-record labeling in line with cGMP requirements.
• File study shipment records and support archiving activities.
• Send shipment update notifications to clients after dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Raise purchase orders and complete other administrative duties.
• Support additional tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.

Requirements

• A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
• Ability to work independently and remain effective under pressure in a busy, changing environment.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to work briefly in cold-room conditions between 2–8°C while picking, packing, and labeling.
• Experience in clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare logistics will be an added advantage.
