About the role
Revolut’s operations function is focused on solving complex challenges at scale. The team works quickly and carefully to build systems that improve efficiency and support international expansion. This role is for an Operations Manager who will contribute to major initiatives across the business, applying analysis and structured thinking to solve problems, improve processes, and create better customer outcomes.
The position involves shaping how the business grows and operates across global markets. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and help define the operational approach for banking in Ireland.
What you will do
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance, and the London headquarters to analyse and define Revolut’s banking strategy in Ireland.
- Create repeatable playbooks and processes that support rapid growth.
- Build, manage, and strengthen important vendor and partner relationships.
- Spot opportunities to improve banking products and features, as well as broader operational and growth initiatives.
What you need
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- A strong record of achievement, such as taking on responsibility quickly or earning competition awards in academic, professional, or sporting settings.
- The ability to simplify complicated problems into smaller, manageable parts.
- Comfort and interest in working with data.
- A naturally curious mindset with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Nice to have
- Experience using data tools like SQL or Excel.
