Role Overview

EDUC INVEST is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager in the United Arab Emirates to help strengthen day-to-day business execution and support efficient, high-performing operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, improving internal processes, and supporting cross-functional coordination to meet business goals.

• Manage everyday operations so business activities remain efficient and well organized
• Create, refine, and roll out operational policies, procedures, and improvement plans
• Track operational results, productivity levels, and key performance indicators
• Oversee budgets, resources, and operating expenses with care and accountability
• Work with different departments to improve workflows and overall business processes
• Guide, coach, and build the capability of operational teams to support company objectives
• Ensure company policies, industry standards, and regulatory obligations are followed

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Prior experience in operations management or another similar leadership position
• Strong ability to lead teams, stay organized, and make sound decisions
• Clear communication skills, along with good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Comfort working on multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Exposure to process improvement and performance management is an added advantage
