Our client in Dallas is hiring a Procurement Operations Manager for a direct-hire hybrid role that combines on-site and remote work. This position is intended for candidates based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The role sits at the center of procurement operations, systems support, and process execution across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. You will coordinate operational and system-related requests, help set priorities, resolve issues, and support ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and grow procurement systems support team members by defining priorities and setting clear performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or Source-to-Pay settings.
  • Leadership or people-management experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracting, procure-to-pay, invoicing, and supplier management processes.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement or procure-to-pay systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, balance competing priorities, and drive issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
